These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of arclinesystems.ai and its subpages (the "Site"), operated by Arcline Systems, Inc. ("Arcline," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the Site only. Access to and use of the Arcline platform (including at app.arclinesystems.ai) is governed by separate written agreements between Arcline and its customers, including any early-access or evaluation agreement. Nothing on the Site creates a right to access the platform.

1. The Site is informational

The Site describes Arcline's products, publishes articles and analysis, and accepts requests for early access. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. Product descriptions reflect capabilities as of the date published and may describe planned functionality; they are not a commitment to deliver any feature, and they do not form part of any contract unless expressly incorporated into a signed agreement.

2. No professional or operational advice

Articles published on the Site — including content about protective operations, advance work, route planning, military planning doctrine, and related subjects — are commentary and general education. They are not security, legal, medical, or operational advice, and they are not a substitute for professional training, current threat information, applicable law and policy, or the judgment of qualified personnel responsible for a specific operation. Operational decisions are yours. Arcline is not responsible for actions taken in reliance on Site content.

3. Early-access requests

Submitting a request for early access is an inquiry, not an order or contract. Arcline may accept or decline any request in its sole discretion. Any early access granted will be governed by a separate agreement, which will control over anything on the Site or in these Terms with respect to the platform.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including text, articles, graphics, logos, product names, designs, page layouts, and software — are the property of Arcline or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. "Arcline" and the Arcline logo are trademarks of Arcline Systems, Inc. You may view, download, and print Site content for your internal, non-commercial reference, provided you keep all proprietary notices intact. You may quote brief excerpts of Site articles with attribution and a link to the source page. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification, or republication without prior written permission is prohibited. No license, express or implied, is granted except as stated in this section.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site in violation of applicable law; (b) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or circumvent any security or access controls, except pursuant to a written authorization from Arcline; (c) interfere with the operation of the Site, including by imposing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure; (d) scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or data from the Site for commercial purposes, including for training machine-learning models, without written permission — except that search-engine and answer-engine indexing consistent with our robots.txt is permitted; (e) submit false or misleading information through Site forms; or (f) impersonate any person or entity.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites and services. Arcline does not control and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY. ARCLINE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT CONTENT IS CURRENT OR COMPLETE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCLINE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCLINE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arcline and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a revised effective date; material changes will be indicated by the new date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Arcline regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a corporate transaction.
